Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Otium Solutions LLC collects when you use Truffle Pig or visit this site, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect from you

• Signup and contact details: company, name, work email and phone when you ask for a plan or free leads.
• Account details: the people on your team, the states they cover, and the notification email on the account.
• What you type into the console: your targeting, special requests, feedback, flagged leads and plan requests.
• Usage: console sign-ins and the pages you visit, kept as ordinary server logs.

What we collect from your CRM

If you connect a CRM, we read the companies, contacts, deals and owners we need to avoid sending you leads you already have, and we write the new leads in. We keep a working copy of those records for duplicate checks. Your CRM key is encrypted the moment it arrives and nobody at Otium Solutions LLC reads it.

The leads themselves

Leads are built from information organisations publish about their own events: the event page, the organisation's website, and public directories. Contacts are work roles and work email addresses at those organisations. If you are one of those contacts and want your details removed from our records, email cam@otium.solutions and we will do it.

Who else processes data

To read event pages and check leads we send page text and lead details to AI and data providers (currently Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Firecrawl and Hunter). They process it to return an answer and are bound by their own terms. We do not send them your CRM records or your team's details. Our servers and database are hosted with a cloud provider in the European Union. Email is sent through Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

• Your account, team and lead history: for as long as you are a customer, then 12 months, then deleted on request or by routine cleanup.
• Your CRM working copy: refreshed continuously while connected, deleted within 30 days of disconnecting.
• Signup requests that never become accounts: 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you or your company, correct it, or delete it. Disconnecting your CRM stops all reading and writing immediately. Email cam@otium.solutions.

Cookies

The console uses one cookie to keep you signed in. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account first.
