Terms of Service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Truffle Pig, a lead delivery service run by Otium Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By opening an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are signing up for a company, you are confirming you are allowed to bind that company.
What the service is
We find upcoming nonprofit fundraising events on the public web, identify a contact for each, check the result against what your CRM already holds, and deliver the leads to your dashboard or your connected CRM on a weekly schedule. A lead is a business record: an organisation, an event, and a checked contact: a named person, or the charity's events inbox.
Your account
Each customer gets one access code for their console. You are responsible for who you share it with and for everything done with it. Tell us straight away if you think it has leaked and we will issue a new one.
Plans, billing and allowances
- Plans are sold as a number of leads per billing period at the price shown on the pricing page when you signed up.
- We invoice you directly each period. Payment is due on the terms stated on the invoice.
- We deliver leads weekly across the period rather than all at once. If a month comes up short of your plan, the shortfall rolls into the next month, once; it does not build up beyond that.
- Plan changes are agreed in writing by email and take effect from the next billing period unless we agree otherwise.
Our guarantee on bad leads
You never pay for a bad lead. If a lead has a wrong or dead contact, is a duplicate of something you already had, or is not the kind of event you asked for, tell us by email within 14 days of delivery. We check it, take it back, and never send it again, and every bad lead we confirm comes off your next invoice. Reports after 14 days are still taken back but are not credited. A duplicate is checked against your connected CRM, which we check before every delivery; without a connected CRM a duplicate report cannot be confirmed and is declined, with the reason.
Your data and your CRM
When you connect a CRM we read the records we need to avoid sending you duplicates and write the new leads in. We store your CRM key encrypted and use it only for that. We never sell or share your CRM data, your lead list, or your team's details. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
What you agree not to do
- Resell or redistribute the leads as a product of your own.
- Use the leads for unsolicited bulk email or anything unlawful where you operate.
- Try to copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
What we do not promise
Leads come from public information that changes. We check each one, but we cannot guarantee any event goes ahead, any contact replies, or any lead turns into business. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Ending the agreement
Subscriptions are month to month unless your plan says otherwise. Either side can end it by email before the next billing period starts. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will email the address on your account before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
